Delivery
- UK standard (2–4 working days): £5.95, free on orders over £75.00.
- Click & collect from the distillery shop: free. Please bring photo ID.
- Digital items (gift cards and vouchers) are emailed, usually within minutes.
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. An adult aged 18+ must be present to receive alcohol and may be asked for ID.
Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us, then return unused items in their original packaging; we will refund the price and standard delivery once we receive them. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty.
Gift cards, vouchers, personalised items and casks are excluded where the law allows. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@dartmoor.com within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right.
