Princetown Distillers Ltd ("we") is the controller of your personal data when you use Dartmoor Princetown Whisky. We handle your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Order data – name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, date of birth (to verify age) and order details.
- Booking data – name, contact details, party size, requirements.
- Enquiries and newsletter – whatever you send us.
- Technical data – IP address, device and browser, and pages viewed, via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To fulfil your order or booking (contract).
- To verify your age and meet licensing and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To improve our site and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails (consent – you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Payment processors, delivery carriers, IT and email providers and professional advisers, only as needed. We never sell your data. Affiliate partners receive only anonymous click data.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records for 7 years; booking data for 2 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing or request portability. Email info@dartmoor.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This proof-of-concept site does not send form data anywhere. Basket contents are saved only in your own browser, and you can clear them at any time.
