About this product
Our signature expression: single malt distilled from English barley in copper stills at the highest altitude of any distillery in the British Isles. Lower air pressure means a lower boiling point, so the spirit separates gently, holding on to its most delicate aromas.
Matured in ex-bourbon oak, with water drawn from the source of the River Dart. Bottled at 46% with no chill-filtering and no added colour.
